I used this pump for the first time on a night ride yesterday and came home and wrote a very negative review which I deleted today. The reason for my criticism was that I could not get the pump to disconnect easily from my tire valve. I later thought that Lezyne could not release such a bad product because I own several Lezyne products and am pleased with them. Other CO2 pumps that I have used push onto the valve and pull off. I pushed this one on, but I could not get it off without losing the pressure in the tire. If another rider had not had a pump, I would have been stranded. I found out that the nozzle screws onto and off the valve. I have tried it several times, and it takes between 7 and 11 turns to get off and on. I have yet to successfully inflate a tire, but this could make sense because the pump is attached securely and no air will escape. If that is not a problem, this is a good pump. It is beautiful and fairly light, all Lezyne products are of the highest quality.
